Arden is a product of Copper Country Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

The Software: No Data Collection

Arden Security and Arden Comply process Windows event log data entirely on your local machine. The Software does not transmit any event log data, alert data, compliance data, detection results, or any other user data to us or any third party. We have no access to, visibility into, or control over the data processed by the Software.

The Software does not contain telemetry, analytics, tracking pixels, or any mechanism for phoning home. It operates fully offline.

The Website: What We Collect

When you join the early access waitlist on arden-security.com, we collect your email address. This is the only personal information we collect through the website.

We use your email address solely to notify you about Arden product launches, updates, and availability. We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your email address with any third party.

Cookies and Tracking

The arden-security.com website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking services. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools.

Third-Party Services

The early access waitlist form submits to Google Forms for data collection. Your email address is stored in Google’s infrastructure subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. We use Google Fonts for typography, which may involve requests to Google’s servers when loading the website.

Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as necessary to notify you about Arden product updates. You may request removal at any time by emailing [email protected].

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
